Work started in 2008, got stalled then restarted recently.

Major assembly completed without much fuss

I bounced a motor grinder on the armour to simulate battle-damage, then primer was sprayed on.

The backpack thrusters were moulded in two halves, resulting in difficult-to-clean seams and flattened sides.

Replaced with metal parts from AkoHobby

The tubing is bent wire, super-glued in place.
