Another version of the DIY Spray booth, this one is using a Centrifugal Fan.

Below, the main components
Centrifugal fan, Flexible hose/duct, Hose clamp (the can drink is just for scale)

Thanks for this excellent idea. I just assembled my version (modified it a bit and had the hole cut to the side so I can still use the container as a 'container' when not in use), and it works like a charm. I just added a carbon-activated filter, the kind used for cooking range hoods, inside to absorb overspray. Cheers!

I used a saw to cut the hole.
First, a drill was used to make a starting hole for the saw.

The material of these plastic storage boxes will not crack.

Can i check how you manage to cut a hole in the plastic container without cracking it? any particular type of plastic container in terms of material suitable for this project? thanks
